Couponing seems to have become the number one marketing strategy of desperate businesses these days–without any understanding of what it takes to build a loyal, long-term customer base. Discounts are self-destructive and will make it nearly impossible to regain your previous price point.  Deliver the dream and build loyalty by rewarding your customers with the respect and quality they deserve.
